Knockdown of HER2 (HER2-KD) significantly sensitizes LLC cells to radiotherapy (RT) in a mouse model. a HER2-KD LLC cells (1 × 106) were injected subcutaneously into the right hind limb of B57CL/6 mice and received five 10-Gy radiotherapy (RT) doses on days 4–8.
