Trial design. This flow chart describes the scheduled chemotherapy and radiotherapy (RT) treatment. All patients underwent Fibroscopy (FBS) with nodal biopsy 15 days after the end of RT. The radiological evaluation was performed 15 days after the end of the protocol and after the biopsy with Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT)
