Nomogram use to predict parotid gland overdose. For each patient, the nomogram was used to predict the parotid gland (PG) overdose. In the event of an estimated PG overdose, weekly replanning was performed. The cumulated doses with replanning were compared to those without to quantify the benefit of adaptive radiotherapy (ART).
