  1. Five haplotype windows (HWs) include rs662-rs705379, rs1501299-rs2241766, rs4803455-rs1800470, rs1800470-rs1800469, and rs4803455-rs1800470-rs1800469. Post-RT duration and number of cardiovascular risk factors were adjusted using linear regression in all analyses. Multiple testing was corrected by false discovery rate. Statistical power (1-β) was calculated using the model with smallest observed P value. SS0.8 was the sample size to achieve a statistical power of 0.8 in the corresponding analysis.
