A breast cancer patient received breast irradiation with TomoDirect using simultaneous integrated boost technique after breast-conserving surgery. A. TomoDirect could deliver radiation dose of 50.4 Gy (outline in yellow) to the breast and 57.4 Gy (outlined in pink) in 28 fractions to the tumor bed at the same time. B.
