Prediction and confirmation of the target genes predicted for both let-7i and miR-21in rat lung type II pneumocyte cells. The cells were co-transfected with a negative control, let-7i and miR-21 mimics or inhibitors, respectively; (A/B) The relative mRNA expression level of the target genes (TGFBR1/TGF-β pathway) of let-7i mimics and inhibitors in cultured rat lung type II pneumocyte cells 48 h after transfection.
