Evaluation of residual DNA damage and cell cycle distribution in irradiated tumor cells. A-B, γH2AX foci at 24 h post-irradiation. Indicated cell lines were exposed to 5 nmol/L BGT226 or 50 nmol/L BEZ235 for 1 h followed by irradiation with 4 Gy. Drugs were left until staining was performed. Residual γH2AX foci were counted 24 h later.
