Physical validation of hypoxia as carried out using an Oxygen sensing probe for measuring the Oxygen concentration measurement over the period of 24 h after gassing the six hypoxia chambers. The inset graphs shows the oxygen concentration during the first 75 min. For the initial 45 min after gassing, all the chambers maintained the oxygen level below 0.4% (radiobiological hypoxia shown by red-dashed line). The plot aslo shows the average of all chambers (bright green stars) and one phase association reoxygenation fitting is shown in blue dashed line. At later time points (24 h of gassing) some deviation in the oxygen concentration was also observed
