Box-plot of the primary tumour motion for fraction 1. We calculated the median and inter-quartile range (IQR) amplitudes of the extracted target centroid positions relative to the centroid position of the boundary contour. For the first fraction, the target posterior-anterior motion was 2.48/2.53 mm (median/IQR) and -0.85/0.98 mm (median/IQR) for the inferior-superior motion.
