Box–plots show the phase–to–phase variations of GTV D98, D50 and D2 calculated over 13 patients for PTV and WCS–based SBRT plans. Line across the box indicates the median and the box indicate the inter–quartile range (IQR). The whiskers indicate the highest and lowest values which are no greater than 1.5 times the IQR. The outliners (opened circles) and the extremes (asterisks) are cases with values between 1.5 and 3 times, and more than 3 times the IQR, respectively
