Error bars represent the 95% confidence interval. Panel a shows the percent error in tumor volume at t6 and t7. For the RT1 and RT2 models error ranged from 6.11 to 80.69%. Dice coefficients (panel b) generally decreased overtime with values ranging from 0.55 to 0.80. At the local level, the agreement was assessed using the CCC, resulting in values ranging from 0.63 to 0.78 for \( {\phi}_T\left(\overline{x},t\right) \) predictions (panel c), and 0.59 to 0.73 for \( {\phi}_V\left(\overline{x},t\right) \) predictions (panel d). Statistical significance (p < 0.05) between models are indicated by ‘*’
