At the local level, the agreement was assessed using the CCC, resulting in values ranging from 0.63 to 0.78 for \( {\phi}_T\left(\overline{x},t\right) \) predictions (panel c), and 0.59 to 0.73 for \( {\phi}_V\left(\overline{x},t\right) \) predictions (panel d).
