The 2D scatter plots and box plots are displayed for each segment: superior (left images), middle (middle images), and inferior (right images) segments. The AP images (red) show the displacement along the AP direction and LR images (blue) show that along the LR direction. On the box plots, the center line in the box indicates the median, and the upper and lower lines of the box indicate the third and first quartiles, respectively. The maximum and minimum of the whisker indicate the “third quartile + 1.5×IQR” and “first quartile + 1.5×IQR.” IQR, interquartile range. The variance of the mean C-G discrepancy between the superior segment and the middle or inferior segment in the anteroposterior and left-right directions were compared by two-tailed F-test.
