This patient was simulated in the reverse semi-decubitus position (A-C). The patient was rotated to the right side, and the arms were abducted by 70–110 degrees. The upper torso was elevated slightly on a customized breast-board, and the patient was immobilized by using an Alpha Cradle. The axial RSD CT planning images for this patient, using tangent fields, are shown in (D). Displayed isodoses are 4000 cGy (green) and 2000 cGy (purple). The left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD), LAD region, and heart are outlined in yellow, blue, and orange, respectively
