Dose dependent radiosensitizing effect of ATMi and DNAPKi after photon irradiation. Clonogenic survival of A549 tumor cells irradiated with photons under normoxia (a) and hypoxia (b) in combination with increasing concentrations of ATMi (upper panel) or DNAPKi (lower panel), respectively. Both DDR inhibitors exhibited potent dose dependent radiosensitizing effects. Note, the ratio of survival fractions with and without DNAPKi increased significantly under hypoxic conditions (Table 3).
