  1. a High-Risk-patient had more than 3 concomitant diseases and presented with at least one cancer related risk factor (biochemical sign for pre-cachexia by elevated CRP or decreased ChE-Level or decreased Albumin-Level; G3 grading; metastatic disease). Low risk patients had either more than 3 concomitant diseases but no such cancer related risk factor or less than 3 concomitant diseases but presence of cancer related factors
