Checking of PARP-1 expression by IF study. a Typical photographs of immunostained H-vector & HsiI cells are given. Anti-PARP-1 antibody was detected by the secondary antibodies of FITC tagged goat anti-mouse IgG1. DAPI was used to counterstain the nucleus. Scale bar represents 20 μm. b Relative expression of PARP-1 was calculated with respect to beta actin by measuring fluorescence intensities by ImageJ software. PARP-1 expression in H-vector was plotted as 100 % protein expression and accordingly PARP-1 level in HsiI was calculated and plotted.
