A diversity (D2) adjusted information size was calculated using α = 0.05 (two-sided), β = 0.20 (power 80 %), and an anticipated relative risk reduction of 10 %. Diversity and control event proportion were set basing the actual status of included data. The cumulative z-curve crossed the conventional boundary for significance, but did not cross any adjusted boundary, leaving the meta-analysis inconclusive of an effect of RRR = 10 %
