Cervical wound healing disorder (WHD) in a male patient (62 years) with a history preoperative radiation therapy with a total radiation volume of 64 Gy. The WHD is located in the field of the surgical approach to the neck dissection on the right side. A superficial suppurative dehiscence with a local inflammation on a length of approximately 10 cm can be observed. Dichotomized this is rated as the occurrence of a WHD in postoperative follow-up
