Apoptosis related gene expression of Caspase 3, Caspase 7, Caspase 8, Caspase 9, BAD and BAX were analyzed using a quantitative RT-PCR in sham (0 Gy) and 6 Gy irradiated 4 T1 ctrl/4 T1 Hsp70 KD cells (a) 1 h after irradiation.
