  1. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to demonstrate the relative probability of tumor upstaging after mpMRI of the prostate in patients initially staged as cT1-cT2 (n = 97) depending on specific patient parameters. Patients in the intermediate-risk PSA group had a significantly lower probability of upstaging due to mpMRI than patients in the high-risk PSA group (p = 0.043). OR = Odds ratio.
