Tumor volumetric assessment of the effect of 131I-GMSs on MCF-7 xenografts in nude mice. The points represent means, and the bars represent standard errors. Comparisons between control and 131I-GMSs group were analyzed by one way ANOVA, and a P value < 0.05 is regarded as significance. It is obvious that intratumoral injection of 2.5 mci 131I-GMSs significantly suppressed the growth of tumors compared with control group, #: P <0.01.
