Anti-Hsp70 antibody levels in the serum of patients before, and at indicated time-points after radiation therapy. Time course of anti-Hsp70 antibodies in the serum of patients with SCCHN tumors before and after therapy. Blood was collected and anti-Hsp70 antibodies were determined by anti-Hsp70 antibody ELISA. Standard box plots are shown with boundaries indicating the 25th and the 75th percentile. The line inside boxes indicates the median and the whiskers indicate the 10th and 90th percentile, respectively. All outliers are shown in the graph.
