(B) Histograms of densitometric analysis normalized to α-tubulin expression showing complete inhibition of hypoxia and IR-induced TNFα, Birc 1, 2, 5, SOD2, and phosphorylation of eNOS, AKT1/2/3 and ERK1/2 in hypoxic BCa cells with EF24, NLE, CUR, GEN, RES or RSE treatment. Group-wise comparisons were made using two-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc correction.
