The difference in freedom from locoregional recurrence (FFLR) rates between patients with resected N1 non–small cell lung cancer and positive or negative lymph nodes (LNs) at station 10 is significant (P = 0.01), showing that a positive LN at station 10 is a risk factor for LR.
