Effect of C225 on radiation sensitivity. Cells were exposed to continuous low dose rate radiation from 125-iodine radioactive seeds with and without concurrent treatment of 100 nM of C225. After the treatment, cells were cultured in fresh medium for 14–21 days to assay cell survival with colony formation assay. The dose-survival curves were fitted by the single-hit multitarget model.
