From: Post-radiation increase in VEGF enhances glioma cell motility in vitro
The concentration of VEGF protein in conditioned medium. Cells in serum-containing (5%) medium were washed with PBS and cultured in fresh serum-free medium. Culture supernatants were harvested from irradiated (0.5 ~ 10 Gy) or nonirradiated glioma cells after 72 h of incubation and VEGF protein measured by ELISA.
