(A) 12 MeV beam energy resulted in an adequate coverage in the lateral decubitus position in patient A. (B) 20 MeV beam energy was needed to reach an adequate coverage when patient A in supine position. 90% isodose line-14.4 Gy -was highlighted to review the coverage.
