Chest CT, radiograph and dose distribution of SABR of an 82-year-old patient. Blue represents areas receiving more than 0.5 Gy (Figure3a, b). The patient presented with RP around the tumor 8 months after SABR (Figure3c, d arrow). OP occurred 3 months after RP resolution (Figure3e, f arrow head). Opacity around the tumor did not increase significantly (Figure3e, f, arrow). After administration of 5 mg prednisone, symptoms and radiological findings improved (Figure3g, h).
