Combining multiple functional MRI parameters improves prediction of treatment response. By combining all parameters (tumor volumes (V), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), apparent diffusion coefficients (ADC), Ktrans) and treatment groups, the treatment response was predicted with a correlation coefficient of 0.85 (p < 0.001) between predicted and measured V30.
