Treatment Flow Chart. Treatment consisted of five to seven weeks of radiotherapy (median total dose 60 Gy) with two courses of chemotherapy in the first and fifth week of irradiation. One chemotherapy course consisted of five applications of 1.0 or 1.5 g/m2 Ifosfamide at five subsequent days. For two patients locoregional hyperthermia was added.
